Refund Policy (Britanic Nostalgia Ltd)

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed,

  • In the same condition that you received it,

  • In its original packaging with tags attached.

Please contact us at britanicnostalgia@gmail.com before returning any items, so we can provide the return instructions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or personalised products, including items made to order or printed specifically for you (for example, items with custom names, designs, or artwork).

  • Hygiene-sensitive items, such as worn or washed clothing.

These exclusions are allowed under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28), which remove the right to cancel for items made to a consumer’s personal specification or that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank to process the transaction.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please contact us before sending the item back.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
