Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel’s progress.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
If you would like to place an international order, please contact us before purchasing — we may be able to arrange special shipping on request.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately to update the address.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at britanicnostalgia@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will open an investigation with Royal Mail and either replace or refund your order once confirmed.
